"Clean room and very comfy pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very spacious and had lots to do, but the room was smaller than it looked online. The breakfast was fresh with average amount to choose from. Overall good and would go back again. "

"Dirty mattress, lazy housekeeper not clean the room until asked, no bed sheets and had to ask staff many times and still nothing. Very warm room with no ventilation and noisy as the internal doors kept banging and the station announcements as the hotel is above the central station. Breakfast was like a zoo so many people and no seats "

Room very small (difficult to accommodate two small suitcases and two humans, with limited access to the other side of the bed) and overly complicated shower that seemed to only work on one setting. "Perfect room for 1 adult and 2 children. Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room with double bed and bunk bed hidden in the wall which was a completely new thing to me - excellent. Hotel has everything you need, I would stay again."

The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "
