Very busy whilst we were there due to the time of the year, but it didnt affect the staff quality or service overall. Lovely room, amazing spa attached, really good quality gym (i used the actual hotel one, not the spa one) and amazing breakfast, with lots of vegan options for us , including pancakes on request. Great location of the hotel, too. It is huuuuge.

The location is great, the view from the upper floors is excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. Parking was far away and expensive. The staff were not very helpful; we had requested separate beds when booking, but nothing had been prepared. Even the second room they offered us had only one bed. Furthermore, all the beds were queen-sized, whereas we had booked twin beds (105–130 cm wide) via the portal. The manager claimed they didn't offer that option at all and pointed to their own booking system, though she said we could upgrade to a different category for an extra fee. The whole process took an hour and a half, finally resulting in a third room with two 90 cm sprung-base beds pushed apart—and those beds were sagging and worn out.

A very nice hotel. We had a nice big clean room, good beds, stylish bathroom, everything needed was available, very friendly personel and just a few minutes walking from the city centre. With across the road, the amusementspark. The breakfast was very good at level 29 with a view over the city from 3 angles. We did enjoy our stay (for the second time) very much. Gothia Towers and Göteborg are wonderfull.
