Our room was very comfortable for one adult and two children, and even though we directly overlooked the train, bus and tram stations, the sound proofing was excellent. Having a fridge in the room was very useful for having breakfast in our own room (Lidl downstairs was a good place to source the essentials). Direct access into the shopping centre (via Pizza Hut, connecting door in the basement) was very useful, and the whole hotel and shopping complex felt very safe, even when the shops were closed. Perfectly connected for the city's transport network and with useful facilities like the pool, gym and kids room, as well as a reasonably priced bar and restaurant make this a great location in Gothenburg, especially for the very competitive price we paid, even during the school holiday period. The only thing that could be better is the TV... it was a huge, wonderful screen, but only had a choice of 12 channels, which seems like a missed opportunity.

Vårt rum hade badkar (kan diskuteras utifrån miljösynpunkt, ska väl helst duscha) jag har problem med ett ben och balansen vilket gör det komplicerat att duscha och att ta sig i och ur badkaret. Det saknades ett handtag som hjälp när man ska i och ur badkaret. Dessutom har man valt att ta bort badrumsmattan ( finns bara i familjerum) vilket gör det halt att kliva ur badkaret. Hårschampo och balsams placering kan inte nås om man sitter och duschar utan man måste resa sig upp. När det gäller frukosten så var det mycket svårt att få plats. Dessutom hade utbudet minskat. Bra att man kan markera om bordet är upptaget/ledigt. När man bokat parkering är det en bit att gå till hotellet.
