"I stayed at Hotel ROC for 6 days with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. We initially booked a room for three people, and although the first room felt a bit small, the staff was very helpful and responsive when we brought it up. The next day, they moved us to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even better.
They really cared about making sure we were happy—even offering us free snacks as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful area,...

and we were able to freshen up at the hotel afterwards which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Excellent sandwiches and gelato around the corner, very convenient location with easy parking. Also lots of nice details, like a generous breakfast spread and the work of local artists throughout the hotel. Absolutely recommend! "

all within ten minutes walk. The bus station and Soller train station less than fifteen minutes walk and the bus stop to and from the airport outside the hotel. The hotel rooms were a decent size with a nice balcony. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. We had a super long weekend"

"Had a room with a view in the 7th floor, however had 2 single beds put together with 2 separate duvets, no double bed available for a traveling couple. Also no coffee/tea station in the room which was disappointing, not what’s expected for a ‘4 star’ rated hotel.
