Zoetry Mallorca was one of the most beautiful resorts i've ever stayed in. The service was incredible and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. I would recommend this resort to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the city of Palma and prefers a "country side" feel. We stayed at Zoëtry Mallorca for one night, mainly because we had booked dinner at the on-site Andreu Genestra Michelin-starred restaurant. I didn’t research the hotel in much detail beforehand, as I assumed that a hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant on site would offer a genuine five-star experience. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax. As a Hotels.com member, we were upgraded to a Ponent Suite by the adults-only pool, which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt very dated, with worn out furniture and décor that didn’t live up to what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, it felt more like an ageing four-star property than a luxury resort. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional considering the many reviews describing it as one of the hotel’s highlights. We chose to sit outside, but there were so many flies constantly landing on us and our food that it became quite unpleasant, and there were also numerous ants on the table. We also enquired about a late check-out, which is charged at €20 per hour. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly dinner at the Michelin-starred Andreu Genestra restaurant, which was absolutely faultless and worth the visit. In hindsight, I should have looked more closely at the hotel before booking. That said, when a hotel advertises itself as five-star, it’s reasonable to expect the rooms to reflect that standard.

Nice quiet hotel with luxury touch/aesthetic. Could do with some improvement in areas e.g. several spa facilities were non-functioning, only one lunch spot, no bar at adult pool and general grounds in some areas required some TLC. But very nice relaxing hotel with great food and excellent cocktails at the tapas bar. Comfy beds, good showers.

One of the best stays I have ever had

We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really

Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options. Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better outfitted gym given it’s a “wellness” resort. Spa and saunas were clean and not crowded at all. Perhaps it has to do with the time of the year and March-April being the slow season which was great for us! They did struggle with providing timely service and so the wait time for breakfast/dinner was quite long (up to 30 min) Once you get past the idea that everything has to be quick - it becomes very enjoyable. We would come back around the same time next year to take advantage of no crowds!!

A relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive. The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it. We very much hope to return..

Service at Dinner is poor, because there are not enough people. All staff is super friendly however. Our room had a mold-smell so we requested a change: that went smooth. Rooms could use a renovation. Overall, a very beautiful place but needs renovation and an upgrade in service level.

Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. These type of properties are hard to manage given their size and struggle. Expect lot of bugs everywhere, overgrown and ill maintained landscaping, underwhelming service and nothing to do around. A day wasted and would not recommend this to American travelers atleast.
