Our stay was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the variety and quality of the breakfast, and the dinner buffet was equally impressive. A huge thanks to the helpful and kind staff—especially the wonderful lady at reception who went above and beyond to upgrade us to a better room. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

6/10 Good

Would never spend my vacation here. Feeling of being in a cage built in the 60/70ies. Rooms small, wall of balconies. Overall condition of the interior is fine, staff friendly, beach close and swimming pool looked nice. Stayed just one night for a quick airport access early in the morning.

6/10 Good

Overall, the hotel was okay, with some positives but also several areas that could be improved. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The waiters were lovely, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the reception staff were less welcoming. I asked questions a few times and often felt like I was bothering them. A smile and a warmer attitude would make a big difference. The food was okay. The buffet wasn’t amazing, but it served its purpose. My AC was extremely noisy, although it was fixed very quickly. The room was still very hot during the day, and I was told the temperature couldn’t be lowered due to government rules. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillows could do with replacing. I also couldn’t leave my balcony doors open because neighbours were smoking and the smell came straight into my room. The hotel should reconsider allowing smoking on balconies. The hotel itself feels dated, needs refurbishment and soundproofing could be better. Finally, I found a cockroach in the toilet. When I reported it, reception simply said they would send someone, with no apology or acknowledgement, which was disappointing. Good location, but there is definitely room for improvement.
