The night receptionist Andrada was so wonderful and kind - she helped me with a room and made sure I got in it for a restful sleep. I can’t thank her enough! in a stressful situation like that, this kind of customer service makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was really good, very fresh and included lots of fresh products, so you could have a great and fulfilling start to your day. Also I would like to thank the day reception for the possibility of a late checkout, as my flight left late at night. I felt so safe, so well taken care of and would definitely stay here again for the amazing customer service! Also the location is perfect - right near the beach and old town, supermarkets around the corner with excellent connections for any daytrips. So a high recommendation from me 😊🙏"

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough. We stayed in Room 301, which was really spacious, an extremely comfortable bed and a well-laid-out bathroom. The shower was really powerful, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. We loved the large TV with channels from different countries. As we were travelling from the UK, being able to watch British TV in the evening was great. The hotel is around a 25 minute walk from the beach, but we really enjoyed the walk. There were so many streets to explore and plenty to see along the way, and Alicante was very easy to get around on foot. The lockers in reception were also brilliant. We arrived before check-in and were able to securely store our belongings while we went out exploring. There’s also a coffee shop on-site, which was a lovely added convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After checking out, I realised I’d left my phone in the room and returned about ten minutes later. They were so helpful in getting it back to me! The cleaners were also so happy and greeted us each time we saw them. Such lovely staff there. Excellent value for money and we would absolutely stay here again. A brilliant hotel with fantastic staff and facilities!"

There are also free hot drinks and juice available 24/7 at reception, plus plenty of free street parking nearby. We felt safe and well looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"
