Amazing hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was so pleasant that I honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I will definitely come back to Mallorca in the future, and when I do, I will absolutely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location: Depends if you are coming to visit cathedral then it's bit far however you can catch bus or taxi. If the purpose is to enjoy on beach then the hotel is at good location. Cleaning: Bedding need to be changed daily , the sheet was same throughout our stay.

Hotel was easy to find and close to many shops and restaurants right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The self service check in was very quick and easy to use. The rooms were clean, brunch had a good variety including things for picky eaters. The only downside was the lifts were quite slow and the room doors were very noisy however we had a great stay and look forward to staying in a tent hotel again in the near future.

It was a clean room and they often gave us new towels, emptied the bins and made the bed when we were out. They were very helpful getting us at taxi from the hotel which worked out way cheaper and it was 24/7. The brunch was lovely, you had variety of options from food and drinks to sweet and savoury. If I come back it would definitely be to stay here. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Spain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. While the hotel itself met our expectations in terms of comfort and service, the surrounding area was not quite what we had hoped for. Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options and one of the reasons for selecting this place. Pool was nice, fresh but good for 30 degree weather and there was bar service. Room decent, only gripe was the beds being so firm just hard to sleep on them - struggled by end but rest of it was good. Area wise - useful and close walk to beach - really nice spot.
