This was a fantastic hotel. It was immaculate and in a great location. The signature suite was beautiful with 2 balconies and very spacious. The rooftop bar was stunning with spectacular views over the sea and the marina. The pool , restaurant and pool bar were all fabulous. Food at the bar was delicious and great cocktails But the stand out part of this hotel is the staff! From reception to the rooftop bar, they were on point! Super attentive and so friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s the full package.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, we didn’t realise we arrived on their first day of the season but found everything to be organised, super clean, and the staff were all so friendly and polite which is really important to us. The pool area is very nice and was relaxing, and the bar staff were also super lovely and helpful (thanks for making my oat milk drinks!) The bedroom we had with a balcony was really nice, I would advise that unless you’re happy to sleep in 2 single beds as a couple. To ask for a double mattress topper, which we did. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Portals, we would be happy to return, thanks!
