"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often.
Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."
"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."
"Staff were super friendly and helped me find somewhere quiet to work after I had checked out

"Fantastic stay. Balcony was huge, and the weather was perfect. One day we struggled to park because there was an afternoon tea event, but generally all fine. Staff were all lovely. Disappointed that there were no working coffee machines at breakfast, just ready made filter coffee…I do love a cappuccino! Plus had to ask for decaf. A good selection though.
Swimming pool and outdoor area was amazing."
"The staff are all very cheerful, the food was excellent and our room was sparkling clean. The location is good. We walked into town most days and used the local buses. There’s a stop right outside the hotel."
"We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was a really good size with a small balcony overlooking the sea. We chose the hotel as it had parking. Breakfasts had a good choice and we were served rather than buffet style which we prefer. We had one dinner during our stay which was also very good."
"Stunning ocean view, comfy bed, great breakfast selection with friendly service and the terrace out the front in the sunshine made for a perfect way to round off an evening."
