The hotel is an attractive Edwardian building right on the seafront. A large car park at the rear had spaces the whole of my stay. The room was light and airy, clean and well maintained. The shower had a decent pressure with plenty of hot water. The room had a vanity basin and unit with a mirror which meant plenty of space for toiletries and the dedicated light made it perfect for applying makeup. The breakfast was freshly cooked, including the fried eggs on the buffet. On Friday nights there is an all you can eat buffet which was splendid, and included fresh oysters and other excellent seafood as well as roasts, pasta dishes, salads, puddings and cheeses. Helpful and friendly staff ensured I felt welcome and was valued as a customer.

The location was excellent for us with an Ocean view room The staff at Reception were very helpful. The room nicely decorated good size and clean. Breakfast was good but would have been better if more choice of eggs & bread were available. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Our only disappointment was the service at the Bar. Were told to come back as was too busy making liquor coffees. The cocktails were pre-made out of a tin and not a genuine mix of ingredients but we were not told this until we complained that it didn’t taste like a mojito should.

We were very happy with the seafront location, proximity to the beach and the Lido. We had a number of meals at the hotel, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. The room was spacious and clean, the room was very warm through the most recent heat wave yet manageable with a fan. Transportation access to downtown and other attractions was very convenient on the number one bus with both pick up and drop off at the door. We would stay here again and recommended it to others fully.

I had a very spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and shower. It was a cold weekend and I was able to turn the radiator on which heated up the room quickly. There is a healthy breakfast with unlimited fruit, hot offerings and tea, coffee, juice, pastries. The hotel is on the sea- front and is a 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier and is on bus- routes. The staff are very professional and polite. I’d stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.
