We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious with lots of storage for our belongings. The room also had an iron and fridge which have been missing from other hotels on our travels. The staff were so helpful and our favourite part was happy hour drinks by the gorgeous swimming pool!! Would definitely stay again if returning to Jersey.

Interconnected family room was great, though rooms and bathroom are getting tired snd need a refresh. Pool isn't heated and was freezing, but still nice to have and great area for relaxing. Very clean tidy and well presented hotel on the outskirts of the town center. Nice pool area with plenty of seating and beds with clean towels supplied. The Hotel is ideally situated within a short walk to Town & Bus Terminal No bedrooms have Air Conditioning only a ceiling fan which during very hot months is not satisfactory. The room was kept immaculately clean by cleaning staff. All the staff were very friendly & attentive. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice. The outside pool area looked lovely & well maintained.

Arrived whilst driving a hire car in a monsoon! Breakfast first then into the room before 10.30. Lovely balcony attached to suite. ALL the staff were very professional but must highlight two of the receptionists Laurine who let it be known that it was a holiday to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary - thanks for chocs and Teta who helped an oldie with his phone! Great stay great food and in the end great weather.

Spacious room, clean, shower over bath difficult for someone with mobility issues, No air conditioning made use of fan as it was very hot, staff friendly and attentive. Pool area clean, water was very cold. Local restaurants very good as was hotel restaurant. A lovely weekend.
