This is a lovely hotel, with a hint of grandeur when you enter. We had a very nice room overlooking the pool, and it was serviced daily. The staff were very pleasant, and those on reception especially helpful. Breakfast was self service in an airy and spacious dining room, and there was plenty of variety on the buffet. The Savoy is also perfectly located for the town centre, just a 10 minute walk away. In summary, this is a wonderful place to stay!

The hotel was very nice, not the best, but very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The room was adequate, again not the best but somewhere to sleep at nights. An average room I would say for the price. Breakfast was nice, quite an array of choice and the staff were very helpful in everyway possible. Location of the hotel was okay but quite a way to walk to the centre of St Helier, but we had hired a car, but be aware that it costs £5.50 per night to park your car in the hotel car park, which we were not informed of when we booked. Overall an average hotel for the price, but okay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were very spacious with lots of storage for our belongings. The room also had an iron and fridge which have been missing from other hotels on our travels. The staff were so helpful and our favourite part was happy hour drinks by the gorgeous swimming pool!! Would definitely stay again if returning to Jersey.

Great value hotel. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Live mysic in the evening is great. Interconnected family room was great, though rooms and bathroom are getting tired snd need a refresh. Pool isn't heated and was freezing, but still nice to have and great area for relaxing. The main hotel area was beautiful & had clearly had a good amount of money spent on it. The restaurant served delicious dinner and the breakfast was good. The bedroom was pleasant enough with a comfortable bed, iron/ironing board, hair dryer & complimentary tea/coffee. Just a couple of negatives, there was only 1 accessible double electric socket which was located at floor level by the bathroom door. And the hotel is on a busy main road opposite the main fire station of Jersey. The bedroom didn’t have opening windows, but did have patio doors that led out to a roof terrace however this was blocked off & the doors only opened a few inches.
