Room was ready when we arrived. Check in process was easy. Staff were very helpful and attentive. They were able to help with any questions we asked. Breakfast was very good, large choice of dishes and and special requests were catered for. We didn't book a room with a beach view but were able to see this during breakfast and dinner in the terrace restaurant. Overall we were very happy with out stay.

This is a superb hotel, with perfect location on St Brelade's Bay beachfront. Food is excellent, whatever restaurant you choose. Staff are so helpful. Excellent service. A Seaview room is a must! Very clean, with bright modern decor. Bus stops are just outside the hotel therefore perfect for travel into St Helier and surrounding areas. There's an indoor pool and gym, next to the spa. The sea is a short distance if you prefer an outdoor swim! Always look forward to returning to L'Horizon and would highly recommend.

Cracking room over looking the beach , clean n tidy and the maids did an excellent job with room service , the waiters , consierge , receptionists all very nice and very helpful , nothing was too much trouble , breakfast choices were very good my only gripe that the warming try’s were just that , warm I prefere food hot but all very tasty none the less , great place to stay
