"Incredibly accessible as the airport is a 10 minute ride in busy traffic and the train station is directly across from the hotel. The staff, service, restaurants, bar and food were fantastic! The best food I’ve had in a hotel for a long time! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Eco friendly too-bonus! I will definitely return to this hotel. The MEO arena is a two minute walk from the hotel. "
"Loved staying at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. This was an ideal base for our Portugal vacation. The room, services and amenities of the hotel were splendid and the onsite restaurant Elvador is superb! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and just steps from the metro and common meeting places for day tours. The complementary refilling of the mini-fridge was a nice touch. "Great location, short walk to multiple beaches and 15 minute walk to the main strip. Very safe, very clean, amazing breakfast. The comments about waiting a bit for breakfast etc are valid, but it’s a vacation, typically you would wait under ten minutes. Would recommend to the hotel management to buy one more coffee machine or have a carafe of coffee, would increase table tuns decreasing wait times."
"We had an unforgettable stay at Tivoli Resort, thanks to the incredible customer service. I especially want to thank Mariana and Luminita at the guest service desk.
During our stay, I had a sudden health issue that required an emergency visit. Since we don’t speak Portuguese, Luminita immediately called multiple hospitals on my behalf, spending over an hour until she found a private hospital in Faro that could see me. She even lent me her personal phone so I could reach my insurance company in Canada.
The next day, when I needed a follow-up appointment, Mariana kindly helped me again by contacting the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. Later, when we checked out, we realized there was a mistake on our flight ticket. Mariana patiently contacted the airline and airport until the issue was solved.
The service here was beyond exceptional—every staff member we met was professional, patient, and truly guest-oriented. The resort itself is stunning, with the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with high-quality food and even champagne to enjoy.

"Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive."
