Great hotel, good location- staff were brilliant and knowledgeable- slightly out of main tourist drag( only a 20 mim walk though) but near to excellent loc al restuarants and bars. Only issue for me (as a short person) was everything such as hairdryer were out of reach!

Went for 5 days with family including 2 grandkids, truly enjoyed our stay. Hotel well placed close to metro, bus, trams and trains to everywhere. Staff very plesant and helpful all the time. Family rooms that sleep 5 are great so we were all together. Rooms and hotel very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet had a little of everything for all tastes. Pool with the bar were great even if it is small the kids enjoyed it, especially with 30+ degrees. Only downside is being in Europe you are allowed to smoke wherever and with kids and non- smokers it can be bothersome. Another thing that was missing was a small fridge in the room, but it did have a safe. But I will repeat myself, our stay was great. Without saying Lisbon was a delight. Will go again when going back to Lisbon and will recommend too.

My husband and adult daughters throughly enjoyed our stay at Jam Hotel Lisbon. The decor is funky and ecologically-inspired. We loved hanging out at the rooftop bar and pool. Note that body lotion is not offered, so bring your own!

Honestly, this will be the only hotel I stay at in Lisbon. They were so lovely. Room was comfy. The roof was so charming. They have so many spaces to work and just unwind. And you're a short walk into santos.
