Everything about this hotel was amazing and truly deserving of 5 stars. The staff were exceptional, especially Zeynep on reception, who was so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The early check-in and late check-out were greatly appreciated, and the extra care and thoughtful touches shown to us for our wedding anniversary exceeded all our expectations. The hotel grounds are beautiful and wonderfully peaceful, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing break. The hotel is also just a short walk from a stunning beach. Our Junior Suite was huge, exceptionally comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. We had such a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary so special. We can't wait to return!

We had a great experience at the hotel. The buffets and pools were excellent and our room was well maintained. We did experience an unpleasant smell from what we were told was the septic/plumbing and others in the area were said to be having similar issues due to climate.

Large pool but no pool bar service first few days. Breakfast was chaos, with no systems. Staff all over the place doing various jobs. Could not get a coffee with my breakfast until my last morning. Usually came once breakfast was over. Decor was lovely, rooms massive and spotless.

Beautifully designed rooms, cleaned regularly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that it is off season but the variety for lunch and dinner was very limited. If it’s the same during peak season you’re better off doing breakfast only and go out to eat. Albufeira is pretty cheap.

The management, lounge and bar staff, and the house keeping crews had everything dialled in flawlessly. Grazie millé to the front of house and Abrigado to the entire team! Well done. The property was clean, and the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel is not actually located on the beach — there’s a bridge you have to walk across to reach it. Additionally, it’s quite a distance from the Old Town of Albufeira, which made exploring the area less convenient. The dining options on-site were very limited, and what was available was surprisingly expensive given the mediocre quality of the food. As for entertainment, the resort offered very little — just two singers, one on Friday and another on Saturday night. The Friday performance was okay, but Saturday’s was honestly hard to sit through. Had I known the property wasn’t truly beachfront and lacked amenities and entertainment, I likely would have chosen a different location. It’s a decent stay if you’re looking for something quiet and minimal, but not ideal if you’re expecting a full resort experience.

Really classy and calm, a resort for people who dont want the hustle and bustle of all inclusives. Excellent food, healthy and plenty of choice for vegetarians too. Love the proximity to the beach. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the living area and kitchen were so useful. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back. Our group consisted of my parents in their 70's and my teenage children.
