This is an excellent hotel. We loved it. The facade looks old fashioned but it is modern inside. The room is large and super clean and most have balconies. It has a large pool and a huge pool area with loungers and tables. Breakfast is included and excellent. The staff is the best. Super nice and helpful. Maria called several restaurants for reservations and came out to the pool to inform us. Perfect central location.

They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!
