Maidith is such a wonderful hotel. It is very cute and clean. The owner Juan Carlos was a wealth of knowledge and so accommodating and always available to help out and recommends restaurants or excursions. Lourdes and Shisela were wonderful. The family that runs this B&B were extremely nice and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed here 3 nights. The location is great, close to Los Kioskos, the ferry/taxi docks, the fish market, and the trail to Tortuga Bay. The air conditioners worked well and there was hot water. Really great service, rooms were perfect. Continental breakfast is a huge understatement. They are happy to please with eggs however you like, fresh juice of all types, fresh bread and fresh local fruit. All delicious! Does have WiFi however do not expect much (very slow to unuseably slow) on the island in general. Also, be sure to ask for different pillows if you do not like the foam ones. This place was amazing! Carlos is so friendly and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have the best stay they can have. He made sure everything was working no and ready for us and made sure we felt comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here for those doing the Galapagos on their own

The Honeymoon Suite (same price as other rooms) is absolutely beautiful - rounded ceiling, ample space, private balcony, and 180 windows. The bed was huge and comfortable. Staff was highly attentive and provided many recommendations throughout. Would highly recommend!

Cormorant Beach House was a welcoming shelter against the elements and a stark contrast to the bare infrastructure of the island. The hotel rooms are either directly facing the beach or if you’re on the second floor, it’s literally on the beach. The ocean view was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was not crowded at all. We loved going up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast. Hats off to the chef and his assistance for preparing our delicious breakfast and making us feel like we’re home....

This was like the 10th stay with Hotel Kundalini. So, I obviously love the hotel. It's about 100 meters north of the craziness of downtown Montanita You cannot hear anything but the ocean. A wonderful thing about the hotel is that it is operated by Metropolitan Tours. All or half day hiking and boat excursions led by a guide can be reserved at the desk. And, most importantly, you are guaranteed the best possible tour and experience. Rooms are clean and Max (front desk) was exceptionally friendly. breakfast was very good. While rooms look clean and great on photos, living without extra space where to hang clothes makes room messy in reality. Why not add some extra hooks in the bathroom? Or near the door? Our luggage was always open and no plave where to put it. Also adding mirror in the room or outside shower is useful. We had one mirror in the bathroom and it was not convinient.

Great place to stay . I was the only guest for 2/3 nights

Stayed 3 nights November 2017. A very comfortable hotel a short and enjoyable water taxi away from the main pier. Great views of the harbor and a small beach a short shaded walk away were among the highlights of this well maintained property. Plenty of crabs, iguanas and finches on the grounds and the semi-isolation of being away from the main drag was especially appreciated at night. Staff were very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend the Angermeyer for those visiting Santa Cruz.
