Es una propiedad histórica, con la mejor ubicación en el patrimonial centro histórico y una calidad 5 estrellas en todo sentido. Súper recomendable !!

An absolute diamond! Don’t miss this hotel when traveling to Quito. Wonderful colonial building with very attentive and friendly crew that makes sure that you feel welcome and right at home. Excellent location, with only downside that when the President is in the palace (next to the hotel) , streets are being closed off and with major military presence. One of the top hotels that we have stayed at during our extensive travels

An amazing world class hotel right off the main square in old town Quito. Reminded me of a 5-star hotel in a European capital. Staff was outstanding. Location is perfect. Breakfast featuring delicious local cuisine. Close to the Metro. Close to everything. I’ll be back!

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were constantly impressed with the staff- everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and made the stay a 10/10. The food in the restaurant was delicious, our room was spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the views. The housekeeping staff was especially wonderful! Thanks for helping our Quito visit exceed all expectations!

Hotel Plaza Grand was an excellent choice. If I return to Quito I will definitely stay here again. It is located in the Historic Center. It is in a pedestrian area but it was no problem. Our driver got out of car and went to bellman at hotel and bellman came and got our luggage. Short walk to front door from drop off. Arrival was on Sunday and they close off some of the streets. Our driver was persistent on getting us as close as possible to drop off and he succeeded. Such kind and helpful hotel staff and people in Quito. Our breakfast was included and we could order anything on the breakfast menu. Staff proficient and willing to please. Walk out front of hotel door and pedestrian street lined with beautiful art work locals had on display for sale. Located in Independence Square and across from the President’s Palace. Restaurants near by. You will love your stay here. A lovely location. Felt very safe.
