Galápagos Hotels

Maidith is such a wonderful hotel. It is very cute and clean. The owner Juan Carlos was a wealth of knowledge and so accommodating and always available to help out and recommends restaurants or excursions. Lourdes and Shisela were wonderful. They always made such a delicious breakfast and were so sweet. I definitely recommend Maidith as a place to stay. Best, Renee V

We stayed at Finch Bay Hotel for 2 nights first and then stayed at Cucuve Suite for 3 nights. It doesn't have a swimming pool nor a private beach, but our stay there was really comfortable because of the very kind staff. We will definitely stay again when we go to Galápagos Islands.

What a great property! We explored the property every day and found tortoises everywhere. The food was good- especially the lunch we had preordered for our arrival. We are vegans and it was perfect. The Manager, Shania, was really helpful and exceptional at her job. The rest of the staff was great as well. Our only complaint was that we were in room 7 in the main building. We were above the kitchen and the noise at 6:15am was as if we were sleeping in the kitchen. Until that sound proof...

Really great service, rooms were perfect. Continental breakfast is a huge understatement. They are happy to please with eggs however you like, fresh juice of all types, fresh bread and fresh local fruit. All delicious! Does have WiFi however do not expect much (very slow to unuseably slow) on the island in general. Also, be sure to ask for different pillows if you do not like the foam ones. Laundry service is also very economical and convenient. Just ask and they'll have your clothes...

Cormorant Beach House was a welcoming shelter against the elements and a stark contrast to the bare infrastructure of the island. The hotel rooms are either directly facing the beach or if you’re on the second floor, it’s literally on the beach. The ocean view was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was not crowded at all. We loved going up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast. Hats off to the chef and his assistance for preparing our delicious breakfast and making us feel like we’re home....

I had a lovely stay here. The family who runs this hostel was so kind, helpful, and made me feel at home.

The hotel was very beautiful and kept incredibly clean and tidy. The staff was more accommodating than anywhere I have ever stayed. They helped us plan out activities for each day and had a lot of great information about the island.

Flever and his sister was great!! Very helpful.. However, the tours he booked gave terrible terrible terrible service. Do not book with him if he is using same companies.. They lie and give terrible andf dangerous service and are extremely overpriced for what they give.. Hotel is good but yhr tours and guides and ship captains are dangerous for customers and give terrible terrible service!! Boats and vehicles and hotels they use are less than 1 star!!! Terrible!!!!!

Room was spacious with a lovely view, no elevators. Breakfast was a bread with jam and butter, a scrambled egg, an emapanada, fruit, and fruit juice. A lovely way to tart the day. The pool patio was a nice place to relax and the poo was great to cool off in. We were unable to figure out pool towels but dried quickly enough that it was not an issue.

You will be happy you stayed here. A cute hotel with a pool and very clean. The staff is super nice and helpful, but mostly Spanish speaking only. Prices are very cheap for what you get. Also included is free breakfast, not just your average continental either. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, cute, affordable room!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. We went during a week when tourism was slow and the hotel still was amazing with custom breakfast to make sure it fit our tour schedules. The cook came in at 6:30 am twice during the week just for us. Hotel was clean, safe and they did everything needed to ensure stay is good. Pool was nice as well on top. Rooms comfortable for family and groups even. Not by the port or Charles Darwin Ave but also close, walk was 10 minutes to beat food street and tourist area or taxi $1.50 which is easy to get....

Eduarado was absolutely amazing! As was the rest of the team! Breakfast was delicious, everyone was so kind and welcoming. I unfortunately got sick on our vacation and the team made me tea to help me feel better and would ask my husband how I was doing. They were so caring and lovely!

Fantastic stay at Mainao Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—always greeting us with a smile.
