The family that runs this B&B were extremely nice and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed here 3 nights. The location is great, close to Los Kioskos, the ferry/taxi docks, the fish market, and the trail to Tortuga Bay. The air conditioners worked well and there was hot water. Absolutely fantastic hotel and super awesome friendly staff!

What a great property! We explored the property every day and found tortoises everywhere. The food was good- especially the lunch we had preordered for our arrival. We are vegans and it was perfect. The Manager, Shania, was really helpful and exceptional at her job. The rest of the staff was great as well. Our only complaint was that we were in room 7 in the main building. We were above the kitchen and the noise at 6:15am was as if we were sleeping in the kitchen. Until that sound proof...

The Honeymoon Suite (same price as other rooms) is absolutely beautiful - rounded ceiling, ample space, private balcony, and 180 windows. The bed was huge and comfortable. Staff was highly attentive and provided many recommendations throughout. Would highly recommend!

i like breakfast

A great place to stay... although it is indeed a hotel, it felt more like a b+b. Neri took good care of us and made excellent breakfasts every morning, served early when needed so that we could participate in tours. Great location and a wonderful place to stay.

The property managers were one of the best. They are very humble and go out of the way to help you. The gentleman was always available to drop us anywhere we needed to go. On the last day he woke up especialy to drop us to the dock at 5 AM. We booked a 4 bed family room and there was ample space for all of us. It had 4 queen size beds.

Diana was our receptionist and she provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was clean. There was a power outage to service the islands generator but we prepared with lots of mojitos and dropped the AC temperature before the six hour black out. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

The place is fantastic because the people who run it are so kind and accommodating....the rooms are spotless clean and modern and comfortable the people who run the place take hospitality to heart....I spotted this exotic tree with exotic fruits in the lovely garden in front of the hotel....I asked the lady what was that fruit she said guanabana....the next day after I got back from the tour the lady's daughter had guanabana peeled and sliced ready to eat for me in a bowl....the family who runs...

Nos hemos sentido como en casa, Patty nos ayudó con toda nuestra estancia y organizó todos los lugares a visitar, nos recomendó el tour de Pinzón que fue lo máximo, sin duda alguna volveríamos a hospedarnos en PattyS House. Ederlina la señora que arreglaba la habitación, la dejaba muy limpia y no hay nada más bonito que llegar después de un día de tour al hotel que que todo esté limpio y ordenado. Good location. Staff are genuinely nice. Room is clean and spacious.

Room was spacious with a lovely view, no elevators. Breakfast was a bread with jam and butter, a scrambled egg, an emapanada, fruit, and fruit juice. A lovely way to tart the day. The pool patio was a nice place to relax and the poo was great to cool off in. We were unable to figure out pool towels but dried quickly enough that it was not an issue.

You will be happy you stayed here. A cute hotel with a pool and very clean. The staff is super nice and helpful, but mostly Spanish speaking only. Prices are very cheap for what you get. Also included is free breakfast, not just your average continental either. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, cute, affordable room!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me.
