Hotel Santa Fe delivers service and quality

Stayed 3 nights November 2017. A very comfortable hotel a short and enjoyable water taxi away from the main pier. Great views of the harbor and a small beach a short shaded walk away were among the highlights of this well maintained property. Plenty of crabs, iguanas and finches on the grounds and the semi-isolation of being away from the main drag was especially appreciated at night. Staff were very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend the Angermeyer for those visiting Santa Cruz.

We were well taken care of in this family-run hotel. The apartments are part of the family compound and there are other hotel room options there operated as Zurizadai hotel. The owner was personally involved in our service, going above-and-beyond by providing us use of his bicycle for a couple hours, arranging for a taxi, and interpreting us through a tough taxi conflict negotiation upon our arrival. A great place to stay... although it is indeed a hotel, it felt more like a b+b. Neri took good care of us and made excellent breakfasts every morning, served early when needed so that we could participate in tours. Great location and a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed two nights at White House Galapagos. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the shower had hot water. The is also a kitchen with a refrigerator, which we did not end up using. Walking distance to everything you need in town.

Juliet, the manager, checked on us consistently to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. Amazing.

We had a lovely stay at Hostal las Gardenias! The location is ideal - 15 min walk or quick taxi from the ferry dock, two blocks from the beach, and right in the heart of town. The lady at the front desk is so nice, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean, nice beds, with good AC. The breakfast is tasty, with coffee, juice, fruit, bread and jam, cheese, and eggs. The wifi doesn't quite reach the rooms, but is very strong in the common areas, and there are tables there if you need...

Flever and his sister was great!! Very helpful.. However, the tours he booked gave terrible terrible terrible service. Do not book with him if he is using same companies.. They lie and give terrible andf dangerous service and are extremely overpriced for what they give.. Hotel is good but yhr tours and guides and ship captains are dangerous for customers and give terrible terrible service!! Boats and vehicles and hotels they use are less than 1 star!!! Terrible!!!!!

Spacious room with comfortable beds, effective air-con, and fast wifi. Just a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff.

You will be happy you stayed here. A cute hotel with a pool and very clean. The staff is super nice and helpful, but mostly Spanish speaking only. Prices are very cheap for what you get. Also included is free breakfast, not just your average continental either. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, cute, affordable room!

The hotel is great, the service is excellent, with a very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here if I go back to Isabela. Thank you!
