This is a special place on earth, and Maria is a wonderful hostess and owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She prepares farm-to-table fare that is delicious. However, we were visiting in March, and at that time of the year the options for a vegetarian is rather limited. Other than that, which is certainly understandable, this was a great place to relax, unwind, snowshoe, and ski (rentals in Tromso).
I had a wonderful stay, the highlight was the amazing spa. Could not have asked for a better experience, very clean, very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Close to town and restaurants.

We had a great stay overall. The check-in was the easiest and quickest we have experienced in quite some time. Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too.
We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed.
Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival.
Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing.

The room was small but clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. It was very hot, which made it hard to sleep. The staff was excellent. We can't say enough about how well we were treated. If ever there again, we would stay here.
