The room was clean and quiet. The women that checked us in was wonderful, I believe her name was Alison (she was from Finland and I apologize if I gave her name wrong). She was friendly, funny and set us up with a great spa experience. Such a beautiful experience to offer guests. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices suited for all. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and clean, and everything about our visit went smoothly. A special mention goes to Kristian at the front desk — he was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. It was also a lovely surprise that he spoke Finnish! Thanks to Kristian and the rest of the team for making our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay, the highlight was the amazing spa. Could not have asked for a better experience, very clean, very comfortable beds and friendly staff. Close to town and restaurants.

Amazing view from rooftop breakfast venue, and the food was good… the homemade ginger shot was a nice extra. The desk clerk Elisa was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

Beautiful place to stay. Especially not allowing pets, which is hard to find, because of my allergy. Clean, quiet, safe. Will definitely stay there again when I’m in the city

8/10 Very good

Probably should be 5 stars

Reception staff were excellent. So lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. The spa facilities and amenities were excellent, pool was incredible, super relaxing. Great location, really convenient. Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 was that the shower gel wasn't replenished during the daily clean.
