"We had planned to stay at this hotel after driving for 7 hours, but unfortunately our reservation was cancelled just 4 hours before check-in. A staff member kindly called us and did their best to find an alternative hotel, which we truly appreciated.
We were also advised to email regarding possible compensation for a future stay. However, we have not received any response. This was very disappointing, as we had been looking forward to our visit.

Super friendly staff, the hotel bar had a great DJ when I went there for dinner and the bed was so comfortable.
Really appreciated the black out curtains too because I needed a lot of sleep.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, and the service from everyone we encountered was professional, and courteous - top-notch.
What made our stay, though, was Philip at the front desk. We had left a backpack at a museum earlier in our trip and only discovered it after closing time. Since we were staying a couple of hours away and wouldn't be back, we called the museum the next morning to have it shipped to our Oslo hotel later that week. They graciously overnighted it...
Location, location, location! Express from airport ( 15 minutes) arrives across the hotel . The beautiful opera , the Munch house both “ around the corner “ . Long pier with lots of restaurants short distance walk !

The Well was perfect. Beautiful setting, hotel, & spa. Room was immaculate & nicely furnished. The spa will wow you for sure. Olga in the spa was awesome!! We did an aufguss & meditation session with her & loved them both. The breakfast was outstanding. Every staff person was gracious & helpful. If you’re in Oslo it’s so worth it to visit The Well!
What a great property directly in front of the Christmas markets! Andres and the staff were super helpful and the breakfast is impeccable!! Would highly recommend to stay here. I would not recommend having a car as Oslo is a walkable city and not designed for cars. Train from the airport is the cheapest and most convenient recommendation. Only a 10-min walk to the hotel.
15 min walk from train station in middle of Oslo. Very convenient location. Lots of nearby restaurants. The hotel was nice, clean. Nice breakfast buffet.
The hotel was well situated to the train station, public transportation hubs, and to shopping. The only issue we had was there are multiple Comfort Hotels in the area and the address Hotels.com gave us for Xpress was to a different Comfort Hotel, luckily within walking distance. The check-in agent at the incorrect hotel had apparently dealt with this mistake a number of times and quickly directed us up the street to the correct property.
This is an excellent hotel right in the heart of downtown Oslo. Onsite parking is nice. The breakfast was exceptional. The spa was an extra cost, not readily apparent from the hotel advertising.
Very clean hotel with excellent proximity to most things a tourist would like to explore. Highly recommend you try this hotel as you will not be disappointed.
Hard to find it on the beginning, I wrote an email to ask the best way to get there, since my flight was very late, didn’t get an answer, you should help better with directions before someone gets there, everything else was perfect
The location can’t be beat. The hotel is literally attached to the Central train station and walking distance everywhere you might want to go in Oslo. And if you want to go farther, the local tramways are right in front of the train station.
