"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."

"This was my fourth trip to Madrid and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. It has a great location on a quiet plaza, but close enough to major sites (between Opera and Callao metro stops). It was only a short walk to Plaza Mayor and also the famous churros of Chocolateria 1902 (which we frequented daily). The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable for the 3 of us. A plus was the orange juice in the morning and the wine in the evening. Super close to main attractions. It might not look as safe as it is but after a few mins we felt comfortable to walk around until midnight."

"Second time staying at this hotel, i loved it! Just in front of Callao station in La Gran Vía, you have multiple options to eat, shop and move from one place to another, Corte Inglés is 2 blocks away to go shopping! Recommend this hotel with eyes close!"

"This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2-bed apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor with the most amazing views over Gran Via. Well equipped, lots of space, 2 lifts and stairs depending on your preference. The rooftop bar is a must visit. The staff were so helpful and we are able to leave our luggage on arrival day before check-in which was great. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend! "
