The whole 9 yards! Except for getting charged by the bar by mistake, the whole week experience at this property has been wonderful - from the staff to the facilities; the rooftop bar is definitely a plus! Top notch service - even taking care of asome deliveries during our stay. The location is also central to a lot of places that are a must-visit in Madrid. Will definitely be back!

The property has a great location closed to restaurants, stores and popular places. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Great place for Solo travelers.

The place is very central and easy to get around, we had a great view of the very busy square. The staff were always helpful and English was great. A lovely Bootle of wine for welcoming was appreciated touch 😁 We would highly recommend a stay,

Location is excellent, breakfast is goo and will save you lots of time, step outside and you will find everything you need, stores, restaurants, subway, bus, taxis, etc. during our stay the only thing the only issue, was one elevator (Lift) was out of service

The best location, clean, modern and unlike many hotels, you can both heat or cool your room is desired, and air is very quiet. Rooftop is extra bonus with excellent city view.

We LOVED the property and Staff! It was exactly as presented online but even more spacious than we expected. We are a family of 3 and had plenty of room! It was a little noisy being on the Main Street but we loved the location and being in the heart of Madrid so close to everything! We would highly recommend. As much as we loved everything, the Staff really stands out and made our time super special! The rooftop breakfast and bar is super cool too!

The place was very clean. Location was central and within walking distance of the royal palace. Loved the convenience of having hotel breakfast available. Breakfast was very tasty. Loved having a kitchenette as well as a washing machine. I booked a 1 bedroom unit with a separate living area with a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable

8/10 Very good

Good location across Plaza del Callao on Gran Via. Our 5 night stay was good, room clean and staff pleasant. I wish the hallways stayed lit all the time rather than lighting as you walk to your apartment and other areas dark. Other than that it was very comfortable.

6/10 Good

Great Location, rooms were clean and the 2 bathrooms were great for a family of 5. The downside was the air-conditioning not working, they sent to fix twice but it did not work at all for our stay. Also the washer/dryer combo in not great.
