Loved the location and hotel. Great location near to the Madrid sites and the room was nice and quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that the breakfast buffet offered was expensive. However there were plenty of places nearby to either get a traditional Madrid breakfast or American breakfast

Great location and staff. Had stayed there previously but this time room was horrible. Floor boards coming up shower and sink in the bedroom not separated. Thought all the rooms at least had a separate bathroom but didn’t know superior type was below par especially at that price level. It’s across the street from opera house which is the only reason we return whenever we go to the opera.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The rooftop pool, although small, was great and such a bonus to have. Towels are provided and although there was no actual bar on the roof, you could scan a QR code from your lounger and drinks could be ordered and brought to you. The room was modern, well equipped and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I’d absolutely return to this hotel if I was to visit Madrid again.
