Ithaca is Gorges is the town motto. There are so many parks and waterfalls within easy drives. Robert Treman is a spectacular gorge with a high waterfall (Lucifer Falls) that you see both from the top and the bottom by following stone path & stairs.

Ithaca is a cute little town. There are a lot of different restaurant choices in the downtown area. There are also wineries and breweries. In addition, there is great hiking and activities that can be done on Lake Cayuga.

So many waterfalls! Favorite is Lower Falls I think it was Treman Park - they have a swimming hole with a high dive right at the bottom of a waterfall.

"Great place to stay with our 4 kids- plenty of room to spread out. Pool was small but the kids still had fun. Clean, updated, and comfortable. Showers could have used better showerheads but they still worked. Breakfast staff was very nice even though breakfast wasn’t great. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Location just before Ithaca is great. View overlooking Cayuga lake is special. Grounds were picturesque and relaxing. Nice touch with 2 nights of music."
"As always, had an excellent stay here. Very convenient if you are visiting Cornell University or the amazing state parks nearby. Breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausages, bagels, fresh fruits etc. even our fur baby loved it here. Highly recommend this hotel. "
