I was fortunate to stay at Longueville Manor for two nights. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive to detail. I was always welcomed and spoken to by all members of the staff.
My room was elegant and beyond my expectations.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and I enjoyed my walk in the gardens.
The quality of dining is outstanding. I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful manor, hopefully for a longer period next time.
The space was wonderful and perfect for our 8-day stay. The kitchen is more than adequate. We cooked in most nights. It is ideally located a few minute walk from the Liberation Station with buses all over the island. The staff, Amanda and Martina were amazing and kind. SACO is a rare find. We will definitely be back to Jersey, and we will stay at SACO Jersey when we return.
This is a small hotel in a country setting. From heated towel racks and a fog free mirror in the bathroom to a very inviting garden area, this was probably the most comfortable hotel I've stayed. The dinner menu was exciting and definitely earns the adjective "gourmet". Local foods expertly prepared were a welcome end to a day out and about.
The staff were very attentive and accommodating. I did not want for anything.
I will return to this place whenever I'm on Jersey.
A grand old hotel with strange creaks and lumps in the floors, wind whispering in the halls and delightful staff from various parts of the world! Fabulous! The perfect hotel if one seeks the opposite of modern. Lovely grounds, pool, gym, spa and dining room! Even kippers for breakfast so one can truly step back in time.
Large and comfortable room and bathroom. Sound proof. Great ammenities, including nice toiletries, robes and slippers. Relaxing swimming pool. Good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!
Front desk persons very helpful. Kitchenette well-stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, cooking tools. Apartment also came equipped with some tablets for washer, liquid dish soap, paper towels, as well as some coffee, tea, milk (in fridge). Rooms were quiet. Good area. The main bus station for the island twenty feet away. Great to have washer/dryer (although we found either that the dryer aspect of the machine didn't work well or that we could not get it to work). Would stay here again.
The staff are superb!
Rooms cosy and very clean.
It’s just the perfect place to stay if wanting to be in town. The buses are right there also if you wanted to venture anywhere else on the island.
I loved this hotel so much that I actually left another hotel in the middle of my stay to return. It was like being with family in a country estate. The garden was lovely, and people sat out and read or took tea while children played or swam in the pool just inside. The small exercise room had a surprising amount of good equipment. The lobby had wonderful couches, as did the neighboring sitting rooms. This was once a country home in fact. The dinner was beautifully prepared and...
