"Room had clean bedding and check in was good. It’s an average bed and breakfast. Poeple complaining for complaining sake. All these bad reviews. I would stay again due to location, friendly staff and clean bedding "
"I decided to stay somewhere extra special with a pool for my girls on the way back home. We had a smooth check in then enjoyed a peaceful relaxing swim in the pool sadly the jacuzzi was broken but the pool was clean and great fun!
We enjoyed a delicious dinner and my daughter enjoyed the children’s play area afterwards. The rooms were spacious and the staff quickly brought me up a travel cot without any problems. We enjoyed a comfortable sleep , a delicious breakfast and a morning swim before our journey back home to Scotland. I will definitely plan to stay here again on my next journey down south. Thank you. "
"Lovely hitel in an udeal location, 5 min walk to Windermere Kake and town center with plenty of shops and eateries.
The spa is ideal after a busy day out to unwind in.
Cosy small double room was also modern and comfy, and a good size.
Complimentary Elemis toiletries in bathroom too.
We ate at the restaurant onsite which was very enjoyable."
"Love this hotel, my favourite, we have a wonderful sea view, lots of space in our room, quiet hotel, nice bar area and good entertainment. Comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast in a lovely dining room, brought my friends here and they loved the victorian feel and its grandeur. Good staff too. Keep up the good work imperial "
