Great stay all staff fantastic great entertainment but our room 231 was very hot window opened by 4/5 inches only heat extracter chimney on roof which would be from kitchen very noisy starts around 5.am so didn’t sleep well waken each morning on our 2 night stay. This is the only thing that we had an issue with from our stay

Ample free parking upon arrival. Room was ready on time clean and fresh. Food was all fresh and mains were hot. All the traditional breakfast, bacon eggs, sausages, beans and a toast that works first time. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is adult only and this is reflected in the caberet with a good variety of comedians, singers and dancers.

First time visiting here and had a lovely stay. Stayed Fri-Mon, arrived a little early and was lucky to get a free parking spot. Parking bays are a bit tight and there is a possibility of being blocked in. But note that you leave your car details with reception to help resolve this asap. Can not fault all staff here, always polite and helpful. Plenty of options at breakfast, which was nice and ok quality. Even meal was to a good standard, with 2 main options every sitting a long with a salad bar, soup, alternative main (chill, curry and rice while we stayed) and starters. Our room was nice to say in, I feel it's not long been revamped. The beds were ok and the mattress were soft/bouncy yet we slept well. The entertainment in the evening was enjoyable and I really liked some old school comedy. Their 2 main shows were good to watch (Fri&sat) and for drinks prices to be reasonable. Overall, very impressed and feel we got our money's worth and more. I would recommend and we'll be returning in the future.

Food was lovely, staff were helpful, rooms were great. Only thing was l wish I was informed about the talk of the coast, having strobe lighting. Husband suffers from epilepsy, so l wish it had been mentioned at the beginning of the show in the break segment. Luckily we were at the back, and after the first encounter we had to leave Also states on the tickets 7pm start., In hotel states 8.30 start. So if you do not stay at the hotel, you could be in for a wait until it starts.

Sea view room which was roomy enough for our needs. However a few details which require attention. Bath shower controls, could not operate successfully which meant having to use bath and at 80 years difficult to get in and out of bath. Old style kettle which meant having to carry attached lead to fill with water, just awkward. Transom window required attention. These issues should be picked up by staff.

Staff are very friendly and willing to do anything you need property is clean and well maintained the room and bedding was clean the people are very friendly and you my make some wonderful friends here the only downfall was the room was far too hot could do with some air conditioners the shower didn't work and the pole holding the shower rail to the ceiling was damaged from who ever stayed before us which I was afraid to touch because I didn't want to damage it further
