Superb hotel. Very comfortable bed. Lovely room, spacious. Excellent shower bathroom facilities. Breakfast choice, lunch menu, evening meals all excellent. Great wine list, well stocked bar. The views from the hotel in all of the communal areas were stunning. Decor was very nice. The staff were all fabulous. Mat, Clare and her sister plus all the others were marvelous. Nothing was too much bother, everyone was so friendly. It was lovely to meet other guests who have been going there for years. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! AVOID ROOM 26! I was looking forward to staying at this property because of all of the pictures shown on the website. However - the room I received was not shown on the website. Dark, small, no chair - just a bed, tiny bathroom with horrible water pressure, and furniture that is not maintained. The room is right by the stairs so you hear everything. The view is of a parking lot - and there is a path right outside where some worker kept walking back and forth all day. Every time someone uses water you hear the pipes. It’s not worth the price. The breakfast was nice. The bed was comfortable - but overall I feel the property should have represented their rooms accurately on the website.

The hotel was above my expectations. We felt welcome, looked after and everything was just tip top. We had an Occasion room with lake view. The room was spacious and felt newly refurbished.
