"Great place to stay close to center and local museums "

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. Overall it is a nice place though in a good location, a short drive to the stores and restaurants. Good continental breakfast and...

"Dirty bathroom walls, grout and shower door knobs."

"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"

"Property is in a very nice neighborhood, it's secluded nice and quiet, but close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and nice - cute place great Breakfast! I felt really good, welcome and safe staying by myself."

"Very disappointing. Room did not match hotel.com posting. No lightbulbs in lamps, had to screw in the coaxial cable wire into back of tv myself. The sofa bed did not open and had to buy an extra room for a third guest which the management required a cash, no receipt payment. No hot water until I complained heavily. We hoped to have a nice few days in Teresopolis, but clearly chose the wrong place. Even the WiFi wouldn’t work. I must say one good thing, the housekeeping woman was exceptional but...

"O ambiente é maravilhoso, uma estrutura surreal, com piscina, paisagens e um restaurante lindo. Porém acho que poderia ser mais bem cuidado. O recepcionista não era muito educado. Chegamos com sede e fome e tudo que tinha no nosso frigobar ou para comer era 1 água com gás. Tivemos que buscar algo na portaria no meio da noite para beber. Outro ponto é que o café da manhã tem pouquíssimas opções. É até triste porque a vista de lá é maravilhosa. "

"Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."
