O quarto estava limpo, mas a água da torneira do banheiro estava fraquinha, além de a torneira ser bem baixa, vc sempre encosta as mãos na pia na hora de lavar (falamos com o atendente que ficou de resolver). Poderia ter também um secador de cabelo no banheiro. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, senti falta de um iogurte natural. A equipe do café foi bem prestativa, não deixou a desejar. O local (Valparaíso) é bem tranquilo e tem excelentes opções de restaurantes, gosto muito, além de ser próximo aos melhores lugares de Petrópolis. Nota 8, se ajustar pequenos detalhes, volta a ser 10!
