Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities such as the breakfast and free mini bar. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Location is very convenient for the train station but also an easy walk to attractions. I highly recomment.

Comfort and perks greatly exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. This hotel's "budget rooms", where we stayed at the height of summer, offer a (ski) lodge experience but also provide access to high end amenities (pool, sauna, workout, jacuzzi etc.). The rooms are really big and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a very large spread of food and high quality. The location is also very good. Close to zurich airport and 7 mins to downtown.

Important building on comfortable location. Reasonable interior decoration and spacious, functional rooms. I got good rate for the period 10 - 14, January, and complimentary ski pass for two! Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! It’s close to the airport, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with alot of selection. Close to the bus station. I highly recommend it to a family member and friends. If I go back in Geneva I will stay there again.

Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

If your shabbos observant this is a great location for the weekday but for shabbos there's a problem with going up the stairs. To open the door you need a electronic key and the hotel won't get someone to open it for you. find somewhere else for shabbos!

I liked the hotel itself and the location, however this was all self service property. When you get there, you have to use a machine to check in, there’s literally no human individual to welcome you in, not one soul. They didn’t offer clean service, at all. The hotel is brand new and conveniently located close to the highway. We had a high room away from the elevator as requested, with modern design and a nice view with huge windows. There is a shopping mall in the building complex. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited in choice. If you plan to drive there, call in advance and clarify the situation for parking.
