A fantastic location right across from the train station. Staff was lovely upon our arrival. Checked us into rooms right away. Lovely staff.. upgrafed me took a double room.. which was very spacious... but they didn't tell me about the special block out blinds... so my room was like day light in the night... breakfast room was very elegant with a wonderful selection of food... close to train and trams.

10/10 Exceptional

The property was about a 5 min walk to the train station. The room was very clean and we appreciated that the refrigerator was stocked with free items. The included breakfast was the best we have ever seen. The A/C was excellent which we noticed was not true everywhere. I would rate this hotel 5/5 and we will definitely stay here if we get the opportunity to come back to Basel.
