Very nice location. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. You need to download an app to manage everything through there, check in, check out and open doors. There is no a/c nor fan so you depends on weather for ventilation. We enjoyed our stay (2 adults and 2 toddlers).

Clean and efficient accomodation. Kitchen comes well equipped including with fondue/mixer/etc in common areas. The Vogel apartment felt a bit small for us (2 adults 3 children) but it was excellent value.

We had a wonderful stay- it was hot, but there were high-velocity fans that kept the apartment cool. It had plenty of amenities and was really clean. We loved our visit and Alex was a very thoughtful host and did a great job welcoming us and making out check in/out transition smoothly. Highly recommend!

The room check-in was not that easy and smooth as we had to pay more for a kid that was not communicated while making a reservation. the room description stated that it can accommodate 4 adults while the bunk beds were not safe for 2 adults as the weight limit exceeded for adults and bunk beds are only good for small kids. the guest kept bumping his head on lower bunk bed and got injured. we reached out right away to hotels.com rep but they didn’t do anything. furthermore there were bees or wasps and flies in the room. when we complained to hotels.com rep, we were asked to send pics and which we did but no action was taken. they told us to open the windows and let them out. this made our stay very uncomfortable and frustrating.

The property was neat and clean and has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. We came with our 9 month old and the host provided us a crib. There is no air conditioning or parking included but there are spots available for a fee. To park overnight we paid 10 CHF.
