Outstanding experience from beginning to end!!! The facility is beautifully up-to-date as well as clean and spacious! Breakfast buffet was amazing and the under ground parking was safe, easy to access and clean!!

We loved our stay in Gdansk at the Podewils. It is slightly out of the main historic district, and hence very quiet, although the main district is available with a 5 minute walk. The staff and ownership of the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and eager to help in all ways. The breakfast was excellent, with cooked eggs and bacon available in addition to a complete buffet. This is a classically styled hotel in an older building. Great receptionist nice location would stay again

Good location, about 18 minutes away from WAW airport. Very clean room, fantastic breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would book again when in Warsaw.

The most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in, instant hot water, quiet and great hotel restaurant. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, but I must make special mention of personable Sebastian. Hotel is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. My stay was extremely pleasant. A definite return for me.

I didn’t like waiting few hours for the parking spot

Location, location, location ... right in the heart of Old town Gdansk, near every imaginable type of restaurant, within walking distance of every amazing cite. Oh, an a helpful, pleasant and charming staff. Breakfast was great!!

I arrived going to be a technical university conference as a Plenary speaker, in May. The hotel directed me to use the Polish tram system, to a location Gdansk Technical university 10 kilometers away, thereby saving me at least 100 USD in three days of non stop travel all over Gdansk, and the morning breakfast was a REAL meal, which turned into my daily MAIN meal. In all the staff was the most professional I have dealt with in Europe as of the last 2 years . Hotel service was in all levels...

Good breakfast! Great location!

Parking was an issue and FreeNow driver had hard time finding the hotel. I ended up leaving my car in another area of town and used taxi to get in. Otherwise an excellent hotel and the location couldn't be any more central to the old town. You literally walk out to the center. Also, our room was quiet and very comfortable.

Beautiful room with large windows to let light in. Delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and many options. Nice spa and restaurant on site. A little walk from the old town area, and no restaurants nearby.

Good hotel, location is 5 minutes from the entrance to city centre. Convenient and near all the major sights.

The location/price is a great value. The staff were lovely. The room had a fan rather than a/c which was sufficient for the temperature during my stay.

Was a wonderful hotel-rooms very clean and updated.Bathroom small but nice.The view from our room sucked-Since we were spending 3 nites we requested a little better but it didn’t happen /always excuse 😫

I stayed at the Sheraton Warsaw for a 1 night business trip. The room was as in the picture, amenities are great and breakfast buffet is amazzzzing!! The draw backs were: the room cleanliness. I could see dust on the mirror surrounding the bed, and one trashcan wasn't emptied at all. I also found a hair in the washing sink.
