Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Warszawa! The location is perfect for exploring the city, but what truly made the experience memorable was the staff friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout. The facilities are clean and modern, and the customer service was top-tier. We also really enjoyed the great breakfast spread every morning. The highlight for our family was definitely the waffle station the kids loved making their own fresh waffles! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Warsaw!

All good: modern and clean, very good breakfast. Slightly clunky WiFi access: the code is hidden under section called 'cast' on the telly.

The room was clean and there were sufficient power points to plug in all my devices. The breakfast was good. They changed some of the items on a daily basis to ensure one didn't eat the same stuff every day.
