The hotel was great overall. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Our room was ready for us upon our arrival. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating. The only area for improvement was the parking signs. They were confusing to find, making it difficult to locate the parking area. However, the hotel is very walkable to restaurants, and there’s a trolley right outside that’s convenient. The kids love riding the trolley to the zoo.

Very good location, close to the train station and to the old town and city centre. Room was very clean, very nicely designed and very comfortable.
