Wonderful stay at this hotel, excellent location and facilities. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. A very stylish hotel. Only downside would be I would prefer to have more tea and coffee in the room, hot chocolate would be a massive bonus in the evening.

My room key was not working after my breakfast on the 2nd day. The staff checked/reactivated the key for me, but it was not working still. I went up & down twice to fixed it, which was quite annoying. Other than that, everything was good.

Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. The only drawback was that our room was placed next to the elevator and it sounded like the tram was passing right by our room every time it was in use

The hotel building is lovely, very decadent but no pool or outside common area to relax. The staff very all very helpful and pleasant especially Anne, who spoke perfect English and went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. All in all a great 5 days and thoroughly recommended.

The room was spacious with good amenities. We were on the city moat side so it has nice and peaceful view. The beds were big and comfortable. The location was good too as it’s only 10 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk to the old town square.
