The Staff was very friendly and professional. The front desk person( I wish I could remember his name) help me when I asked him I there was a chance we could check in early. He helped me out and we were able to check in 3 hrs earlier! The vibe at this hotel is SO cool! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Krakow! It’s in a fantastic location near the Old Gate. Fantastic!

Great hotel, few minutes walk away to the Old Town. We checked in at 3am because of transport issues and the receptionist was very friendly and respectful of our nightmare journey. Hotel rooms had everything you needed. We didn’t have breakfast or use any of the facilities so can’t comment. Only a short walk to/from the station!!
