Great 4 day stay, excellent front desk staff, room immaculate, absolutely nothing to fault. Fantastic location just minutes walk from the centre, but in a very quiet street. Hotel arranged transfers from and to the airport were simple and great value and stress free.

Everything was great during our stay. The location is perfect, close to the Main Square and within walking distance of both Kazimierz and Wawel. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at a café one block away, and it was good, tasty, and a pleasant start to each day.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the main square but easy access to all key sightseeing spots. The staff were so lovely and helpful. They helped me with a gluten free lunch box when I had a long day trip.

The staff was so kind and helpful. I loved the location which is at the cebtreod the city. The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast, which was nice, was served at a different venue. The only problem was it wasn't servered as early as other hotel breakfast.

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The team arranged a transfer from the airport with less than 24 hours notice. Totally professional and friendly during the check in. The suite we stayed was incredible, including the most comfortable hotel bed ever - I think it’s possibly the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel garden area should not be overlooked for a couple of quiet hours relaxing. Hotel is in a perfect location and park at the end of the street was a lovely place for a walk. Honestly, just the best experience. We will definitely rebook for Amber Design Residence the next time we come to Krakow. Thanks for helping make our trip special.

We had a wonderful stay at the Amber Design Residence. The room was not only quite spacious but was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - very walkable (with luggage) to the train station and to the city centre, yet located on a very quiet street, meaning no noise from the city inside. Finally, the staff were very warm, always greeting us with a smile and even made us a coffee a few times during our stay. We will absolutely return to this hotel on our next trip to krakow!
