"They have everything you need. Location was excellent. Close to the market but not in it. Close ton everything else. The restaurants in the area are really good!"

"Shilla Hotel was a really great stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service cleaned up at a timely manner. The staff service was exceptional helping me with anyquestions and concerns I had . The amenities were lack luster besides the breakfast. The rooms needed a microwave and the Air conditioning work but when you needed to lower to the temperature to cool of the room it wouldn’t. The breakfast on the under hand was ten out of ten for sure. The diversity in food in the morning was a delight . If I was to rate my stay it would be 3.5 out of 5 stars ."

"Clean, comfortable, and a genuinely pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel is set on a quieter street, which meant no noise issues and a much more restful experience. What really stood out was the staff—consistently friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Overall, a solid choice if you value comfort, space, and a calm location."

"The room was nice and big and clean. Very accessible to the train stations. Walking distance to Myeongdong. The convenience stores and restaurants nearby are so convenient and restaurant food were great. Would stay here again. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Golden Tulip! I was there for two days before I flew out of ICN after a couple weeks in South Korea, and it was 10/10! Breakfast in the morning was great; on Expedia your can’t add it on to the room beforehand but you can buy it at the front desk for 22000 won (about $15 USD for reference) per day. It was an excellent international variety. The rooms were so nice and clean, and the room refresh was quite timely! The hotel is very close to Unseo station where you can take the all-stops train in to Seoul ~ 50 min. There is also an airport shuttle they offer as well — you just have to sign up a day in advance. The area is also excellent; with a supermarket nearby and the wonderful Daiso store; in addition to several tasty restaurants! All in all, I will 100% stay here again when in Incheon!"

"I don’t want to repeat things others said already. I agree that it’s comfortable, clean, and convenient. I wanted to share some other amenities that I saw in the lobby area. There was a bar with a nice seating area. There’s a money exchange machine. There’s a photobooth where you can take passport photos. There’s a business area with two computers that have printing capabilities. The convenient store has a microwave and is open 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay here again in the future. They also offer free ear plugs for the airplane noise. Though for me I didn’t really notice the airplanes without earplugs."

"Fantastic location, excellent staff with great customer mindset, room with functional amenities. Indoor connection to the subway and the dept stores. Navigating back to the hotel from the store is quite a challenge. The signage is poor, especially when the dept store is closed, many signages pointed to closed access. Otherwise, hotel is well situated with countless dining option outside the building, and a nearby laundromat is only 5 mins walk away. Not cheap but well worth the price. We used this as base to travel around the attractions in Busan, using combination of taxi, bus and subway. We also travel to Jeonju using the subway and express bus. Appreciate the superb and convenient location."

"The hotel itself is beautiful—right by the ocean with stunning views. However, the staff don’t seem as well trained as I expected. It’s not that they are bad, but compared to other places, they don’t feel very professional. Also, when I first arrived, it was quite difficult to find the main entrance and front desk. I had to carry my luggage around and spent a lot of time figuring out where to go, which was inconvenient. That said, the hotel is quite unique, and the scenery alone makes it worth visiting thought"
