Property is good, beach side, having casino and near the street lane market in which we have lots of restaurants. Beach area is good walk and one can walk till the sky rail from beach side. This is definitely a 5 star hotel that meets expectations. Great location on the beach. The main building beach view room was very nice; the breakfast buffet was great; and when the amenities were open (hot tubs, gym, etc.), I enjoyed them. The only downside was there was work being done on the gym and hot tubs for one of the two days I was there, so there should have been some sort of refund. Likely not something everyone will experience though as I can’t imagine they are frequently closed, so I’d definitely come back.

Fantastic accommodation with stunning views and within easy walking distance to all of Haeundae Beach. The hotel bar was exceptional, very spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and skilled, focusing on the proper craft of making drinks rather than gimmicks. The mixology was spot-on in both taste and proper presentation, something rare in Asia. Loved that the jazz and blues music added a perfect touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Paradise Hotel Busan has an unbeatable location — right next to Haeundae Beach and the Busan Sea Life Aquarium, with convenient parking and a genuinely enjoyable bar. Those are real strengths. But for a property at this price tier, the room itself felt average, and the dining was a disappointment. We spent over 500,000 KRW on sushi that simply didn’t meet the standard you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The pools were also noticeably overcrowded. The location does a lot of heavy lifting here — the hospitality experience needs to catch up.
