The staff was so friendly and very helpful with the transit system and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious and clean. The neighborhood had many excellent choices for food, and was very safe at night while walking back to our room. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is in an extremely convenient location with a subway station around the corner, close walking distance to major attractions and markets, and a dozen food & coffee shops on the same street. The room was spacious and clean, staff were polite and spoke English. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Seoul.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very helpful and the property was in great shape. Location was convenient to Namdaemun market and Myeongdong. Close to coffee shops, Paris Baquette, CU and a few restaurants just steps away. THe only issue was the tiny washer/dryer unit, it didn't work well at all, but the hotel has larger laundry facility if you can stick around to monitor your laundry. Would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in ENA Suite Hotel in late October. The staff, location, cleanliness, room size were all great. The breakfast was excellent and two complimentary bottle water per day were very nice. In the negative side, there are not that much closets in the room. We will stay in the this hotel again and again, this was a great choice.

Centered in the core of Seoul City - walkable distance to main tourist attraction sites and tasty restaurants. Friendly staff all fluent in English and the rooms were very clean. Loved to see a pool and gym, although was small, not many hotels have such amenities. Hotel food on the second floor was also decently priced with friendly staff, and was mostly filled with foreigners who were on vacation with family/ friends.

We really liked this hotel. Good location, very lovely staff, great breakfast and to top it off, an indoor swimming pool that we used every morning before breakfast. We had the twin family room (2 friends in separate beds. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Second time staying here. Everything was great again except for a persistent noise heard in our room possibly from plumbing? We noticed it after the weather turned cold and the hotel turned on their heating system. The noise was quite disturbing especially at night when trying to sleep. Outside of that, our stay was great. The hotel was clean and the staff extremely friendly.
