Absolutely incredible hotel. We stayed a night then spent day here before a late flight. The hotel and restaurants are amazing and there was so much to do the next day we where not bored at all before we went to airport. Highly recommend wish we spent more time here. Entire hotel is like a work of art. I am heavily tattooed and it wasn't a issue at all in hotel pool or the resort pool only the traditional spa was not allowed for me.

Great location as it is conveniently located 15 min from incheon airport. I heard about Paradise City from various social media platforms and how travelers will often visit Paradise City in btwn layovers just to lounge at their pool, spa or sauna. There’s a price obviously but it’s honestly worth it. Shuttle service is provided to and from airport which is great. The rooms are super spacious and modern. We ate at the Imperial Treasure for dinner. It was expensive but given it’s a Michelin starred restaurant the food was delicious. Highly recommend Paradise City if you’re passing thru and have a few hours to kill or to stay the night and experience all that the resort has to offer.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room service food was amazing!! Best I have ever had we had the ribeye 2x in a row with there fried chicken and fries meal. Room comes with a couple free beverages. Be prepared to bring your own toothbrush and do paint as they are not complementary nor do they offer any disposable amenities like hello love I’m writing a review about the hotel.

We had an amazing trip! Although we only stayed one day prior to leaving in ICN the day after our stay we were able to enjoy multiple aspects of the hotel, including the food court, the restaurants, the internal hotel spa, the small museum, like exhibits throughout, and our very favorite CIMER spa and aqua Park! THE HOTEL IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Great for families, couples and even just a quick getaway.
