"5월 25일 투숙했던 이용객입니다. 전체적으로 신라스테이 브랜드에 기대했던 서비스 수준에 미치지 못해 실망스러웠습니다.
특히 26일 오전 9시경 프런트 데스크에 근무하던 직원과 조식 식당의 여성 직원의 접객 태도는 엉망이었습니다. 귀찮은듯한 불친절한 응대 때문에 아침부터 기분이 많이 상했네요. 서비스 교육이 다시 필요해 보입니다.
반면, 26일 저녁 늦은시간 발렛 주차 서비스를 진행해 주신 직원분은 정말 친절하고 professional 하셔서 큰 위안이 되었습니다. 특정 직원들의 불친절함 때문에 호텔의 전체적인 이미지가 깎이는 것 같아 아쉽습니다. 개선을 바랍니다."
"Excellent hotel foreigner friendly. A must stay especially for solo travelers. Staff was amazing they go above and beyond to help. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in seoul."
"Stayed at the GLAD Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. The location was convenient with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
The main downside was the noise — kids running through the halls and doors slamming made it difficult to fully relax at times. Also, the “airport shuttle” is somewhat misleading. It’s actually a public city bus pickup located about 1.5 blocks from the hotel, not a dedicated hotel shuttle.
It was farther distance to many sites than I expected but Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with a few drawbacks."
