Best view and location in Seoul :) Staffs are kind, everything was perfect for trip also!

The view from my room was splendid! It is an older hotel, but it is kept very clean and maintains a classic charm. However, I did have a minor issue with housekeeping. Since the staff does not clean the rooms on Sundays, they should ensure that adequate supplies are left in advance. We were left with very little toilet paper, and extra towels should definitely be provided to last through the weekend.

Extremely helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Helped us with restaurant recommendations and researched how to secure baseball tickets for an evening game. We really appreciated their support.

The room was clean and as pictured in the photos. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful with transportation questions. Another positive was that the breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered a variety of options every day. The property is close to many central areas. There are also many coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location to see the major tourist attractions on foot. Breakfast was provided with our booking which included a wide range of food and drink. The deluxe room with 2 double beds was very spacious and clean with plenty of useful amenities. The room provided filtered water which was very useful. Staff were friendly assisting with booking a taxi upon check out and the concierge as happy to help with our heavy luggage

8/10 Very good

Everything was great. Super helpful to have a water filter in the room and pitcher to chill water in the refrigerator. Breakfast was also great. Only negative was the elevators took forever, anywhere from 5 to 10 or even 15 minutes, and were often packed making it difficult come and go easily. Not sure if it’s always like that or because of the construction and some of the other elevators being out of commission.

Great location, it was easily accessible to train and bus lines. Lots of sites and things to do within walking distance. Staff were amazing! The only issue we had was with the elevator. At certain times, it was super slow and packed, so there would often be a wait. It was find during non-peak hours. Other than that, I would highly recommend.
