THIS HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ONLY THING ID COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THE ELEVATOR. ITS ATTACHED TO THE CAFE SO WHEN THE CAFE CLOSES AND LOCKS ITS DOORS AT 7PM YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR AND HAVE TO USE THE STAIRS WHICH IS HARD IF YOU HAVE SUITCASES TO LUG UP OR DOWN OR IF YOU COME BACK TO THE HOTEL LATE AT NIGHT. THE ROOM WAS SMALL AND THE SHOWER FITS 1 PERSON AND NOT A BIG ONE. NICE HOTEL FOR 1 PERSON BUT IF YOU ARE COMING WITH ANOTHER MAYBE...
This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. Everyone at the hotel was helpful giving recommendations, including the pizza takeout across the street that was a delicious & inexpensive dinner. We saw many people struggling with luggage on the...
Best hotel I have stayed at in quite some time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The homemade bread was excellent. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here to get away from the crowds at Venice and could not have picked a more relaxing area. The river runs right next to it. The town has a train station with a direct route to Venice. We drove our car to the station (plenty of free parking) and took the train in to Venice each day. I would highly recommend...
Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. (Please note that the shuttle is not free.) The breakfast is normal but if you want to have some hot breakfast mainly eggs in any form you can ask them and they will prepare them for you. The owner will go out of their way to help you or give you any...
Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!
If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint!
With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Yes it is an expensive city to...
The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe
Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable.
You won’t regret staying here:)
It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!
Rooms were small but lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. All staff were very pleasant. Reception staff were terrific! Very convenient location and very reasonably priced.
We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!
Grazie Mille Hotel Orologio!
Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early and they held our bags while we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet has ample options in addition to having fresh juices and delicious cappuccino.
I would definitely stay here again.
