The hotel, located near the Rialto Mercato water shuttle stop, is in a great location to see Venice. The staff were helpful, rooms clean with old world charm, and breakfast was good. Two concerns; first, there is no elevator or staff to help carry luggage up and down. We were on the 4th floor; second, there is no TV. So I think it's over priced for those two reasons.

Absolutely amazing stay in Venice!! For a city that can be quite expensive accommodation-wise, this was such an amazing deal! The room was cleaned and bed made daily. Beds and pillow were suppperr comfy with hotel grade linen. Shared bathroom was luxurious and large, with rain forest shower head and gorgeous luxe products, also cleaned daily. Staff were very kind and generous, let us store our bags a whole day extra as our flight was in the evening. And breakfast was included!! Full english with deli meats, sweets, coffee and juice! Decor and interior were beautiful, classical italian/ venetian features with simple traditional antique furniture. Some other reviews we read complained about noise from a bar, but we could not hear anything from our room and slept very well! Reccomending to everyone I can and will be staying here every time we come to Venice! Oh and also a beautil little pug you can meet! Thank you very much for our wonderful stay!! P.S this is not a paid review, we honestly just loved it so much!!

Great stay. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was excellent (don’t miss it!). Room temp was very comfortable and cool AC, super-clean large bathroom with nice shower head. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to waterbus line 1. Although it’s centrally located, it was very quiet, we had good night sleep. Be prepared to go up and use the stairs with your luggage. Our room was on the 4th floor, no elevator. We did not have heavy luggages, so no issue for us. Overall, this is an excellent place.

Very centrally located, easy to get to by vaporetto, and easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions such as the Rialto bridge and St Mark’s Square. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well kept, and breakfast was included. Be aware there are no elevators in the building so we needed to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs which was ok for us but may not suit everyone. The staff were always very welcoming and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if ever we return to Venice!
